God of All, help us to live in our hearts.
Help us to dwell in Thee.
Help us to express the divine light
within each of us.
Help us to have compassion
on all our brothers and sisters
and all beings
and all of existence
with nothing left out.
Help us, O Lord, to see You everywhere. Help us to clear our eyes, to see clearly.
Help us to see that we are You, and You are us, with nothing left out.
Help us to surrender to ourselves,
to our own magnificence.
Help us to bow down to our own beauty,
and help us to see it everywhere.
Help us, God of All, to appreciate ourselves in You,
As You, seeing all beings as You,
Seeing the least little thing as You,
Seeing our worst enemy as You,
Seeing the kindest face as You,
Seeing the little children as You,
Seeing the elderly and infirm as You,
Seeing the fathers and mothers
And sisters and brothers, as You,
Only You.
Help us to treat You kindly
As we meet You everywhere.
Help us to open to our own hearts,
To the tender place within each of us
That beats with all other hearts
As one heart, as One Heart,
whenever we can hear it.
Help us to hear it now,
Help us to rest in Your Bosom,
Knowing it is our own,
Knowing it is our very own emptiness,
Inside and out,
Knowing it is this very moment,
This very situation,
When we can see it.
Help us to clasp hands with ourselves,
To have peace with ourselves,
To hug ourselves, embrace ourselves,
Knowing it is You.
Help us to love ourselves as You,
Adore ourselves as You,
Pour out upon the ground in gratitude
as You, as us, as we ourselves.
