Stephen Covey is particularly effective, in my opinion, in teaching about relationships. I didn't really understand listening, for instance—though I thought I did—until I learned what Stephen Covey had to say about it.
One of his very impressive qualities is the way that he combines the left brain and the right brain, the analytical and the heart. When you first encounter Stephen Covey, he seems to be about day-planners and such. And that is a valuable part of his focus. But dig a little deeper and you'll find the great heart in this impressive man.
